The Golden Peacock Awards, instituted by the Institute of Directors, India, are an undisputed benchmark in corporate excellence across the world. It was on this global stage that KOEL has won a Golden Peacock Award for Innovative Product/Service, for the second year in a row.
Creating innovative products and services has been the mission of KMW, KOEL’s farm mechanisation brand, since its launch in 2014. “This dual recognition from a prestigious body will further inspire the team in transforming the lives of Indian farmers with even more innovations” – remarked Mr. Cherukara.
The award ceremony was held at a glittering award presentation ceremony at Hotel Habtoor Palace in Dubai, UAE. R. R. Deshpande, Managing Director, KOEL and Antony Cherukara, VP – Corporate Strategy & Head – Agriculture Business, KOEL, received the award at the hands of His Excellency Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Cabinet Member and Honourable Minister of Economy, Government of UAE.
As a winner of the Golden peacock award, KOEL is now entitled to use the Golden Peacock Awards logo on all its printed and promotional material for yet another year.

The Golden Peacock Awards were instituted by the Institute Of Directors (IOD), India in 1991, with the objective of recognising and encouraging corporate leadership and institutional excellence. What makes this award unique is its transparent, 3-tier evaluation process based on internationally recognised criteria, and the eminence of the grand jury.
